To make that happen, we are looking for a senior IT Project Manager who will own the technical delivery of a large-scale CRM implementation and act as the technical counterpart to the Overall Project Manager.
This is not a coordination-only role. You will shape architecture, data strategy, integrations and delivery, ensuring the solution is robust, scalable and aligned with our broader application landscape.
Your role and impact
You will lead the technical execution of our CRM (+ future PRM) program from design to go-live, ensuring business needs translate into solid, future-proof technical solutions.
You will work at the crossroads of business, IT, external partners and data, in a B2B / partner-driven environment where pragmatism matters as much as structure.
Technical leadership & solution design
* Act as the technical counterpart to the Overall Project Manager, ensuring technical choices support business priorities
* Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications (architecture, data, integrations)
* Define and validate the CRM solution architecture, with scalability, maintainability and future PRM capabilities in mind
* Assess technical feasibility, risks and dependencies across the project
* Define the technical foundations needed to support AI and automation capabilities in the short and long term
Delivery & partner management
* Coordinate all technical workstreams (development, integrations, data, QA)
* Work hands-on with integration partners and technical teams on a daily basis
* Monitor risks, dependencies and impacts across systems, keeping timelines and quality under control
Data & reporting
* Drive the full data migration lifecycle: mapping, transformation, validation and cut-over
* Design and implement a coherent, business-driven CRM data model
* Define a clear reporting strategy, balancing CRM-native reporting and BI tools
Integrations & quality
* Oversee CRM integrations with ERP, webshop, telephony, AI tools, PRM and other platforms
* Lead integration testing, technical validation and troubleshooting
* Prepare and steer the technical testing strategy (SIT), supporting UAT from a technical standpoint
Go-live & stabilization
* Lead the technical cut-over and deployment
* Coordinate hypercare and ensure a smooth handover to operational teams
About you
Experience
* 10+ years of experience in IT project management
* Proven track record delivering end-to-end CRM implementations
* Strong experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar); PRM experience is a strong plus
* Solid expertise in data migration, data modelling and reporting strategies
* Proven experience managing complex, multi-system integrations
* Exposure to AI and business process automation

* Comfortable leading and aligning multiple technical teams and vendors
* Strong business understanding of sales, service, marketing and partner ecosystems
* Experience in B2B, B2B2B or partner-driven environments

* Comfortable operating in fast-growing, evolving environments
