Head of Investor Solutions
The Head of Investor Solutions is a senior leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for fund development, fundraising and strategic investor engagement. The role sits at the intersection of product design, capital raising and long-term investor relationships, and plays a central role in shaping Incofin’s growth trajectory and market positioning.
Purpose of the role
The purpose of the Head of Investor Solutions is to expand and diversify Incofin’s investor base by designing compelling impact investment products and leading global fundraising efforts. The role ensures that investor needs, regulatory requirements and Incofin’s mission and values are fully aligned, while positioning Incofin as a trusted, best-in-class impact investment partner. The role reports to the CEO and is part of Incofin’s senior leadership team
Key responsibilities
The Head of Investor Solutions leads the full lifecycle of fund and product development. This includes identifying market opportunities, translating investor demand into viable private equity and private debt strategies, and shaping fund concepts in close collaboration with investment, impact, finance, legal and risk teams. The role is accountable for defining fund strategies, marketing the funds, negotiating fund terms and documentation, and managing investor due diligence processes.
The role carries primary responsibility for global fundraising. This includes developing and executing a proactive fundraising strategy, representing Incofin with institutional investors, development finance institutions, family offices and other capital providers, and building long-term, trust-based investor relationships. The Head of Investor Solutions acts as a senior ambassador for Incofin, articulating its impact thesis, investment strategy and track record in a credible and compelling manner.
In addition, the role oversees ongoing investor engagement. This includes managing investor requests, contributing to high-quality investor communications, and supporting fundraising for technical assistance facilities linked to Incofin’s funds. The role works closely with internal teams to ensure consistent, transparent and professional interaction with investors throughout the investment lifecycle.
The Head of Investor Solutions is responsible for shaping and leading Incofin’s overall marketing and communication strategy, ensuring a clear, consistent and compelling positioning across all investor-facing channels. This includes translating complex investment strategies and impact narratives into high-quality materials such as fund presentations, reports, social media, website and thought leadership, while safeguarding the strength and coherence of the Incofin brand. The role oversees external communications, coordinates closely with investment, impact and leadership teams, and ensures that messaging resonates with a diverse global investor base. In addition, the Head of Investor Solutions drives proactive market visibility through events, partnerships and media engagement, reinforcing Incofin’s reputation as a trusted and leading impact investment manager.
The Head of Investor Solutions also has a people leadership role. This includes coaching and developing team members involved in fund development, fundraising, sales, marketing and communication, fostering collaboration across functions, and contributing to a strong performance- and values-driven culture.
Profile and experience
The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in fundraising and investor relationship and significant experience in asset management, private equity or private debt. management. Experience in impact investing, emerging markets or development finance is highly valued. The role requires a deep understanding of fund structures, investment products and regulatory frameworks, combined with the commercial acumen to translate complex strategies into clear investor propositions.
The candidate is expected to have substantial international exposure and a well-established network within the global investor community. Relevant academic background is required, typically at master’s level in finance, economics, business or a related field. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages such as French, Dutch and Spanish are a strong asset.
The Head of Investor Solutions combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. The role requires intellectual agility, strong judgement and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments with credibility and integrity.
