Your challenges
* You are responsible to further develop the KPMG business transformation practice in Belgium in the energy sector, primarily in terms of service offering but also in terms of go to market initiatives.
* Operationally manage transformation projects
* Over time, you will need to become a reliable point of contact for C-level client contacts, developing and sustaining strong and long-lasting client relationships and understanding of their broader business needs.
* Develop new value propositions that emerge from trends in the energy sector, burning customer challenges and insights from other practices at KPMG while leveraging on your in-depth experience of the energy market.
* Operationally coordinate a team of highly motivated professionals and provide on the job training in energy sector mechanisms to our team of young professionals.
* Build and maintain your internal network within KPMG, both nationally and internationally with the perspective to raise awareness regarding the value proposition and co-create opportunities.
