Responsibilities
* Gather and analyze role-related information through interviews and workshops with stakeholders.

* Maintain and update a centralized repository of business roles for consistency and compliance.
* Collaborate with IT and IAM teams to ensure alignment with access control standards.
* Identify opportunities for role optimization and standardization across departments.
