Manage Application Impact Analyses, Continuity Run Books, Disaster Recovery Exercises. Be the go-to person for resiliency topics across multiple Agile Tribes. Prepare and facilitate full DR exercises — working closely with stakeholders, validating readiness, planning risk mitigations, and ensuring flawless execution (yes, sometimes this happens on nights/weekends, but hey — that’s when the magic happens). Align with ECB, Belgium National Bank, and Group policies on IT Continuity.What we’re looking for: You’ve got 5+ years in resiliency, security, ops engineering, or architecture. You know how to speak the language of IT infrastructure, applications, databases, cloud, middleware — and yes, even mainframes. You’re a Scrum values champion: focused, open, courageous, and collaborative. You can communicate complex stuff simply, especially under pressure. You’ve got stakeholder management chops and technical credibility. You live and breathe resiliency — or you’re hungry to learn and master it. Fluent in English.
