Job Title: SAP EWM Consultant (Contract)
Location: Brussels, Belgium (On-site/Hybrid) 3 days per week in Brussels.
Start Date: 30 March 2026
Contract Duration: 3 Months (with potential extension)
Language Requirements: French (mandatory), Dutch (nice to have)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant for a 3-month contract engagement based in Brussels. The consultant will support the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP EWM processes within a complex logistics and warehouse environment. The role will involve working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party providers to ensure successful delivery and stabilization of EWM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead or support the configuration and implementation of SAP EWM functionalities.
Analyse existing warehouse and logistics processes and translate business requirements into SAP EWM solutions.
Work with business users to design and optimize inbound, outbound, internal warehouse, and inventory management processes.
Support system integration between SAP EWM and other SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, and SAP SD.
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional expertise.
Support testing phases including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Assist with issue resolution, system stabilization, and hyper care support.
Provide documentation, process mapping, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as an SAP EWM Consultant on implementation or rollout projects.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes including inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and inventory management.
Experience configuring SAP EWM in decentralized or embedded environments.
Familiarity with integration points between SAP EWM and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, TM).
Experience working in international or multi-site logistics environments.
Strong stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills.
Languages
French – fluent (required)
Dutch – advantageous but not mandatory
