We are looking for a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions within publication processes, approval workflows, and patent application systems. This role is key to driving efficiency, ensuring data integrity, and delivering scalable digital solutions.Your ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to publication and patent processesTranslate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteriaWork closely with development teams to ensure accurate and effective implementationFacilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement discussionsSupport Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban), including backlog management and refinementDefine and maintain DoR (Definition of Ready) and DoD (Definition of Done)Design and execute test plans, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Monitor and manage data quality, integrity, and usabilityIdentify process improvement opportunities and propose scalable solutionsMaintain comprehensive documentation: process flows, system diagrams, and requirementsSupport project planning, risk management, and progress tracking
Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience as a Business Analyst in workflow-driven environmentsStrong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)Expertise in user story writing, backlog management, and acceptance criteria definitionSolid understanding of business analysis techniques and process mappingStrong technical acumen with the ability to collaborate with development teamsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred QualificationsExperience with workflow automation tools or document management systemsKnowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP ) or Agile frameworks
