DO SOMETHING AMAZING EVERY DAY - What you will do every day As a People Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing store performance and inspiring your team to excel. From day one, you will have a direct impact on store success and team development. Your primary responsibilities include: Monitoring Sales and Productivity : Drive sales performance and improve productivity. Strategic Planning : Analyse data to create effective strategies for the store. Operational Management : Oversee all operational and administrative tasks to ensure efficiency. Team Motivation and Leadership : Encourage and inspire the team to reach their potential. Recruitment and Development : Recruit new talent and support the growth of existing team members. Sustainability Ambassador : Actively promote and implement the company’s sustainability strategy.
