* Lead the operational management and maintenance of the real estate portfolio, ensuring optimal building performance and tenant satisfaction.
* Develop and execute the strategic property management plan, including technical renovations, energy upgrades, and environmental certification initiatives.
* Oversee structural refurbishments, safety compliance, and preventive maintenance programs.
* Drive energy efficiency and ESG performance, ensuring the portfolio meets evolving environmental standards.
* Monitor and improve tenant satisfaction through a proactive, customer-centric approach.
* Manage and control tenant service charges, budgets, and quarterly reporting.
* Ensure full legal and regulatory compliance by coordinating inspections and addressing audit findings.
* Negotiate, implement, and supervise service contracts covering maintenance, cleaning, safety, and building operations.
* Define and monitor KPIs, operational processes, and quality standards across the property management function.
* Lead, inspire, and develop a team of approximately six Property Managers, promoting collaboration and high performance.
* Higher education degree in Real Estate, Engineering, or a related technical or management field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in property management, facility operations, or asset management within a comparable environment.
* Proven leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management capabilities.
* Broad technical understanding of building systems, including both hard and soft facility services.
* Added expertise in energy management, sustainability, or building technologies is a strong asset.
* Bilingual French/Dutch, with solid command of English.
* Highly organised, autonomous, and analytical, with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
* Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office and digital facility management tools.
