As a key member of the Finance PMO team, you will partner with finance professionals to enable the international expansion of our group.
Responsibilities
* Support the rollout of strategic financial projects at group level (cash flow planning, financing structures, working capital management, integrations, etc.).
* Guide financial implementation projects that support the international growth of the group – with a focus on building efficient financial structures.
* Act as a bridge between business owners (both local and international) and finance, taking on an active project‑management role.
* Perform ad‑hoc analyses to support management in making key decisions.
* Help coordinate the budgeting process for the entire WEAREONE.world group and contribute to accurate and timely management reporting.
* Actively participate in internal and external financial communication and support stakeholder management.
Qualifications
* Hold a master’s degree (e.g., Business Economics, Commercial Engineering, Economics) and have at least 3 years of relevant experience.
* Possess broad financial knowledge – from operational processes to accounting and corporate law.
* Think analytically, work in a structured manner, and enjoy working on projects.
* Communicate clearly in both Dutch and English.
* Have a hands‑on mentality, take initiative, and be solution‑oriented.
* International experience or affinity with international projects is a plus.
