Your role
As Business Development Manager, you will support the commercial development of geotextile solutions. within your area of responsibility. You will engage with key stakeholders across the value chain, including project partners, technical consultants, and distribution networks, to provide specialized technical support and cultivate sustainable collaborations.
Your responsibilities include:
* Strengthening and managing partnerships with distributors to jointly generate projects and position products effectively in the market.
* Highlighting the value and advantages of our solutions within the supply chain, ensuring clear communication of technical and commercial benefits.
* Facilitating transparent project tracking and knowledge sharing within the team to leverage market opportunities.
* Leveraging digital tools and platforms to optimize collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and market intelligence.
* Aligning with internal technical and project teams to ensure seamless support for distributor activities and market development.
* Visiting customers and construction sites across your region
Your profile
We are looking for a technically minded and commercially driven professional who enjoys building relationships and developing solutions.
You ideally bring
* A Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Engineering Technology or a related field
* 0–3 years of experience in a technical or commercial role (construction materials, infrastructure, engineering products or similar)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to learn
* Fluency in English additional languages are a welcome asset
* Willingness to travel within your region
