Your Team in a NutshellYou'll be joining the RewardFlex team to be the main internal reference for HR & Legal topics related to RewardFlex products and their commercialization. We work cross-functionally and support Monizze's ambition to grow sustainably, with a strong culture of collaboration and ownership.

The Legal Lead is responsible for providing the legal framework, risk analysis and regulatory guidance needed for product and business teams to make informed decisions.

What You'll DoLegal framework & product guidance

Define and maintain the legal and regulatory framework applicable to RewardFlex solutions.

Assess legal feasibility of product evolutions and provide clear recommendations.

Identify regulatory risks, grey zones and opportunities.

Formalize Monizze's legal positions, in collaboration with external experts when needed.

Provide structured legal input and constraints to Product teams to support compliant product design.

Flag areas requiring additional validation (external counsel, rulings, etc.).

Business enablement & knowledge sharing

Translate regulatory complexity into clear, usable business and operational guidance.

Maintain HR & Legal reference positions for internal teams.

Create and maintain training content, legal guidelines and knowledge base.

Support continuous improvement of commercial and operational materials.

Expert support for Sales, clients & partners

Act as senior HR & Legal reference for complex client cases.

Support Sales, GTM and Product Specialists on strategic deals (especially mid-market).

Join client discussions when deeper regulatory analysis is required.

Support HR & Legal validation during partner onboarding.

Contribute to partner model structuring from an HR & Legal perspective.

Legal documentation & frameworks

Oversee legal templates (policies, employee regulations, annexes).

Ensure continuous updates based on legislation, product changes and market feedback.

Validate HR & Legal terminology used in RewardFlex.

Contribute to external documentation for clients and partners.

Market expert positioning

Represent Monizze as an HR & Legal expert within the HR ecosystem.

Participate in events and working groups.

Contribute to Monizze's credibility and visibility on Compensation & Benefits legal topics.

What You'll Bring

6-10 years of professional experience in Compensation & Benefits, Social law / tax, HR or legal consulting

Strong knowledge of belgian social law, tax rules linked to compensation, and payroll logic

Fluent in French and Dutch

Strong professional English

Ability to structure and simplify regulatory complexity

Strong cross-functional influence skills

Business oriented and pragmatic mindset

Strong analytical and structured thinking

Comfortable working with digital tools and SaaS environments

Ability to manage multiple cases and stakeholders simultaneously
