Job Description
* Schedule and oversee the warehouse team to meet internal and external customer demands
* Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance objectives
* Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, and complying with legal regulations
* Manage the warehouse flow to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
* Organise effective data management through IT systems
* Solve potential supply problems to prevent delivery interruptions
* Optimize the purchase process to reduce costs, improve delivery time, and ensure double sourcing for each item
* Manage and develop competencies of the production planning team abroad
* Ensure sales orders are delivered on time, take corrective actions with teams in case of deviations, and communicate with the customer service team
* Manage production timeframes to meet customer demands while controlling logistical costs
* Ensure the accuracy of all warehouses and reduce stock corrections
* Increase stock rotation through regular analysis and Pareto classification
* Evaluate existing suppliers and identify potential new suppliers
* Collect and gather data from stock, production planning teams, and internal or external suppliers to maintain a global supply chain analysis for each sales order
* Analyze the supply chain to identify savings and improvement opportunities
Profile
* Master’s degree in purchasing, supply chain management, or equivalent experience
* Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures and policies
* Minimum 5 years of experience in supply and inventory management within an industrial and technical environment
* Proven command of integrated management software (SAP or similar ERP systems)
* Proficiency with Excel (including pivot tables)
* Bilingual French and English
* Strong problem‑solving capabilities and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a team with good listening skills and an empathetic approach
* Self‑starter mindset
* Ability to operate in an international coordination setup (including collaboration with remote teams)
* An entrepreneurial experience or ambition is a plus (extra‑professional or extra‑academic as well)
* Fast availability is preferred
* Valid single permit for non‑EU citizens
