We are looking for an experienced Partnership Developer to join our team in Belgium. The core purpose of this role is to open doors to Sales by strengthening Alan's reputation and awareness amongst the HR community and generating business opportunities through targeted field initiatives. As the sole partnership manager on the ground representing Alan in Belgium, you will be shaping our strategy and representing Alan daily in key business networks.
We are building a vertically integrated health partner that seamlessly unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery into one system. By connecting all aspects of care — private, public, and direct to consumer — we create the most member-centric healthcare experience. Our team works across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada with 700+ people in the organization.
Responsibilities
Execute high-impact field events: Organize and run strategic events targeting HR professionals, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
Build and maintain HR network relationships: Establish and nurture key partnerships with HR influencers, business federations leaders and decision-makers.
Increase Alan's brand presence in the Belgian HR ecosystem: Drive engagement and visibility by creating content for sales, and establishing partnerships.
Generate business opportunities for sales: Work closely with the sales team to convert brand awareness into leads and pipeline growth.
Develop localized communication content: Create compelling event materials, messaging, and communications tailored to the Belgian HR audience.
Establish Alan as a thought leader: Position Alan within the HR community through strategic collaborations, speaking engagements, and industry recognition.
Is it you we're looking for?
We're looking for someone who combines partnership expertise with strategic networking abilities, has a deep understanding of the HR ecosystem, and can autonomously drive brand awareness and lead generation in complex B2B landscapes. The ideal candidate will bring versatility with fundamentals in Sales and Marketing, in addition to proven event management experience. They should be excited about scaling-up Alan's presence in Belgium, helping us develop our thought leadership in the HR community while effectively converting brand visibility into tangible business opportunities for our sales team.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Partnership Management, Sales or Marketing
Full English fluency (written and spoken)
Native-level Dutch
Experience in building partnerships
Strong ability to plan, coordinate and measure events impact and ROI
Excellent networking and pitching skills with C-levels and HR audiences
Strong communication and content creation skills (copywriting, visual design)
Strong ownership and accountability in delivering results
Collaborative and able to influence cross-functional teams
