Are you a RevOps or Growth Ops builder obsessed with the modern AI outbound stack (Clay, Apollo, Make)?
Most ops roles ask you to maintain someone else’s messy CRM. This opportunity is different. You’ll be joining a category-defining B2B platform in the virtual events and webinar space, with the mandate to design and build revenue infrastructure from the ground up.
This isn’t about “managing HubSpot.” It’s about building a systems-led growth engine. You’ll own the technical backbone of sales and marketing, using AI and advanced enrichment pipelines to automate prospecting, lead scoring, and competitive outreach.
This is not a support function—you’ll be directly tied to revenue outcomes.
What you’ll actually do:
• Architect the Stack: Connect HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and first-party intent data using tools like Zapier, Make, and n8n.
• AI-Driven Enrichment: Build advanced workflows in Clay to automate prospect research, personalize outreach at scale, and give reps meaningful context before every call.
• Intent Data Workflows: Leverage rich first-party data to build models that identify expansion signals and surface high-intent accounts in real time.
• Revenue Infrastructure: Create reporting and dashboards that connect marketing activity directly to pipeline and revenue—with attribution teams actually trust.
Who we’re looking for:
• Background in Growth Ops, RevOps, or Marketing Ops within B2B SaaS.
• A no-code/low-code expert—you may not need to write Python (bonus if you can), but you know how to manipulate data, connect APIs, and orchestrate systems seamlessly.
• Strong fluency in applying AI to GTM workflows (predictive scoring, automated research, AI-assisted processes).
• Comfortable being measured on pipeline generation and revenue impact—not just data hygiene.
