Commercia Business Director

Can you bring structure to budget, performance and cross-functional alignment in a fast-moving B2B environment? Are you comfortable leading a commercial and product team through an interim assignment where speed, ownership and decisive action matter? This is a high-visibility leadership role with immediate impact in Brussels.

We are looking for an Interim B2B Commercial Director to provide continuity across a B2B commercial and product organisation. The ideal candidate combines executive presence with a hands-on mindset, and can integrate quickly in a changing environment.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the 2027 budget construction cycle, aligning assumptions across segments, products and sales channels and presenting deliverables to senior leadership.
  • Manage the 13-person commercial and product team through monthly objectives, KPI reviews, risk tracking and corrective action plans.
  • Drive the B2B omnichannel platform project, coordinate cross-functional teams, launch the pilot and report progress, risks and decisions.

Who You Are

Must-haves

  • Proven experience as a General Manager, Business Unit Director or equivalent senior executive, ideally including at least one successful interim assignment.
  • Senior commercial or operational leadership experience in logistics, B2B services, supply chain or adjacent industries, with multidisciplinary team leadership and budget / virtual P&L exposure.
  • Fluent in Dutch or French, with strong English; available immediately and based in or able to commute to Brussels.

Nice-to-haves

  • Exposure to B2B omnichannel, last-mile or platform-based logistics.
  • Belgian market knowledge or international experience.
