As we continue to grow, we are looking for a BIM Coordinator who shares our passion for BIM and wants to help shape the future of digital construction.
Your Role
As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting both our customers and internal project teams.
You will coordinate BIM models, support project onboarding, maintain high-quality BIM data, and help customers successfully adopt BIM workflows within the Bimefy platform.
This is a hands-on role that combines BIM expertise, project coordination, customer interaction, and innovation. You will work closely with BIM Managers, Project Managers, construction teams, and our software development team.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate BIM models across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
* Create, review, and update BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
* Ensure BIM models comply with project requirements, standards, and BIM Execution Plans.
* Support project onboarding and setup within the Bimefy platform.
* Coordinate model updates based on the latest project information and design revisions.
* Perform quality assurance and quality control checks on BIM models and project data.
* Assist with clash detection, issue tracking, and coordination meetings.
* Support 4D BIM workflows by linking planning information to BIM models.
* Assist customers in adopting BIM best practices and digital construction workflows.
* Support reality capture workflows using 360° imagery, drone data, and progress tracking technologies.
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project teams to resolve design and coordination issues.
* Identify opportunities to improve BIM workflows and provide feedback to the product team.
* Provide training and support to customers using the Bimefy platform.
Must Have
* Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
* Experience with BIM coordination and multidisciplinary projects.
* Strong understanding of BIM methodologies and construction processes.
* Experience working within collaborative BIM environments and coordinating models across multiple stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Customer-oriented mindset.
* Passion for BIM and digital construction.
* Technical adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.
Nice to Have
* Degree in Architecture, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience with Navisworks, Solibri, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIMcollab, or similar BIM tools.
* Experience with 4D BIM and construction planning.
* Knowledge of ISO 19650.
* Experience with reality capture technologies such as laser scanning, 360° imagery, or drone mapping.
* Previous experience working with the Bimefy platform is a strong advantage.
* Experience supporting customers or delivering BIM consulting services.
* Additional language skills.
