Who are we?

At sweeek, our why? is to bring people together to share those special outdoor moments.

We are one of the fastest-growing garden furniture e-tailers in Europe. Founded in 2010 in the north of France and after ten years of accelerated growth driven by our young and international team, we are now trading in nine European countries with a Group turnover in excess of 80M€.

Our international hub was established in Barcelona in 2014, from which we serve the UK, Spain, Portugal and Italy markets, with a team of 30+ people. We are a nimble start-up, with kindness, ownership and agility at the core of our values. We expect to continue our European expansion over the coming years.


Your mission

You will play a crucial role in supporting sales in the Italian market by optimising our online presence and driving performance across our website and marketplaces. Your goal will be to ensure the right pricing, support conversion, and maximise sales opportunities.


Key responsibilities

Website and marketplace optimisation – Ensure consistency in product listings, optimise content, and enhance e-merchandising.

Performance analysis – Produce weekly reports and sales analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Benchmarking and competitive analysis – Conduct weekly competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities and optimise our positioning.

Strategic improvements – Proactively suggest and implement enhancements based on market trends and customer behaviour.

Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, supply chain, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce strategies.

Other tasks – Support additional projects as needed to contribute to the company’s success.

Multilingual – Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Italian, and Spanish.

Passionate about e-commerce and digital marketing – You understand online consumer behaviour and the importance of optimisation.
