The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding. They will also focus on building a strong employer brand, managing talent pools, and fostering relationships with external partners to attract top talent.
This role involves partnering with business leaders to develop targeted hiring strategies and drive recruitment efforts aligned with our goals. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and a track record of building relationships and influencing at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers
* Develop and implement targeted hiring strategies to attract top talent
* Build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders
* Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
