We're hiring:
Scrum Master – Hybrid (Brussels)
The profile we're looking for:
* Languages: English (mandatory); French and/or Dutch are a plus;
* At least 6 years of relevant experience;
* Knowledge of agile reporting and follow-up tools (e.g. Jira);
* Expert knowledge of agile methodology and techniques (e.g. Kanban);
* Experience in the management of multiple dependencies in complex (banking) organizations;
* Understanding of tooling on automated unit testing, automated functional testing and continuous integration tooling;
* Sound knowledge of software development methodology;
* Sound knowledge of project management methodology;
* Key to combine Agile coaching aspect and ownership of the delivery;
* Experience in big companies (to be able to manage the dependencies in a complex organization);
* Experience with multi-cultural teams;
* Good Agile mindset;
* Team player (with experience with multi-cultural teams);
* Communicative/ Organizer/ Knowledge sharing
* Location: Brussels. The candidate must reside there or be willing to relocate.
