Step into our headquarters and you'll find

About the job

We are looking for an
enthusiastic and hands-on account manager
to join our forces. As a true relationship builder, you have the ability to
connect and motivate people
. You'll be responsible on a daily basis for some great brands, focusing on
excellent teamwork, good vibes
and a profitable collaboration between the agency and the client.

You will work on 1 or more fixed clients and are responsible for the operational follow-up, never letting the brand strategy out of sight. It's your task to
make briefings run smoothly
: integrated campaigns varying in different media: print, radio, tv, online, brand activation, …

About you

* You want to know everything about your client's brand and products; see yourself as the
client's representative
.
* You make things happen. Depending on the briefing or problem, you'll get the right people around the table.
* You're rock solid in
organising
and details are as important as the bigger picture.
* You're able to write production briefings and to handle the
follow-up
.
* You like to work in team, and managing a small team gives you energy.
* You have a positive and proactive mindset and are often called a
good communicator, with good presentation skills.
* Since you'll be working for
Dutch/French
speaking clients, it's important to be native in one language and professional in the other. You'll also need a
professional knowledge of English
.
* A couple of years of relevant experience
in the advertising or communications industry is a must.
