IT Change Manager Job Description
We are seeking a skilled ITSM Process Manager to lead our Change Management process. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining the IT Change Management process, ensuring smooth change implementation.
This involves convening and chairing the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency Change Advisory Board (eCAB), providing stakeholders with accurate information to make informed decisions about changes.
The Change Manager will be responsible for:
* Managing and maintaining the IT Change Management process.
* Liaising with stakeholders to ensure seamless change implementation.
* Monitoring and maintaining interfaces to other ITSM processes and procedures.
* Providing expert advice on Change Management best practices.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science and have at least five years of experience in IT Service Management with a focus on Change management.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. They will also possess excellent analytical and communication skills.
