Position Purpose, Responsibilities, and Key DutiesAs Sales Manager, you are not only the commercial driving force behind the Boerinnekebrand, but you also lead the Private Label business in the Benelux and manageinternational export activities. You operate with a high level of autonomy and reportdirectly to the VP Retail.

Commercial ManagementYou act as the main point of contact for Retail and Foodservice customers andmanage the full P&L responsibility of your portfolio;Structure & KPIsYou establish a clear sales structure and define, monitor, and report KPIs to ensuremeasurable and sustainable growth;Business DevelopmentYou identify new commercial opportunities in the Benelux and take the first stepstoward further international expansion, with a focus on Northern Europe;Internal CollaborationYou are a driving force at our Puurs office and act as a bridge between Sales andother departments such as Customer Service and Business Development, helpingto optimize internal processes;Market AnalysisYou translate market data (Nielsen, GfK) into concrete action plans and creativeconcepts, which you present enthusiastically in Dutch, French, and English.
Position Requirements
ExperienceAt least 5 years of experience in a commercial sales role within FMCG (preferablyRetail Food). Experience with Private Label is a strong asset;PersonalityYou are a natural door-opener with a win-win mindset, combining perseverance withflexibility;Hands-on & PresentYou understand the value of on-site presence for close alignment with colleaguesand effective support of customer service;Analytical SkillsYou are numerically strong and know how to turn data into tangible growth;LanguagesYou communicate fluently and professionally in Dutch, French, and English.
