Position: Business Analyst

* Location : -Belgium
* Contract Duration : 4 months
* Work Mode : Hybrid

* Your responsibilities
* As a Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
* Manage and mentor the team by providing guidance, support in daily tasks and providing training as needed.
* Prioritize the team's weekly tasks.
* Identify areas for improvement in service quality (mail, telephony, complaint management, etc.)
* Bring a "customer-oriented" attitude to the team by identifying the needs/expectations of customers/brokers and tailoring the service accordingly.
* Ensure the performance and productivity of the team by translating the department's objectives into clear objectives.
* Ensure the development of people through regular individual interviews, coaching and process performance evaluation with the support of your manager.
* Lead information meetings or projects.
* Create a positive and nurturing environment where your team members can thrive and continue to develop their abilities.
* Create the team's strategy with the Life Retail manager.
* Manage the budget allocated to the department.
* Analyse potential customer complaints and propose appropriate solutions.
* Your profile
* You have at least a bachelor's degree, preferably in insurance or economics.
* You are a true expert in life insurance and have a thorough understanding of life insurance operations.
* You have at least 5 years of experience in the life insurance sector.
* You have a strong leadership background in instilling trust in the team and delivering results through a collaborative, performance-driven culture.
* You have an excellent knowledge of French or Dutch and a very good command of the other national language.
* You have a good knowledge of the Office suite and in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
* Knowledge of lean management is an asset.
* You are rigorous, organized and able to manage your priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
* You have communication skills and are able to manage internal and external stakeholders.
* You have coaching skills and adopt a participatory leadership style.
* You are able to work and learn quickly and sustainably in a fast-paced environment.
* You are dynamic, positive and open-minded.
