Role Overview
As a Site Agent, you will oversee specific areas of the construction site, managing logistics, materials, and personnel to ensure efficient operations and compliance with safety and quality standards. This role is a fixed-term contract offering accommodation, flights, car, and additional benefits.
Key Responsibilities
• Set, monitor, and enforce safety standards and ensure exemplary quality of work.
• Supervise construction activities, organising workers, plant, machinery, and materials.
• Communicate project progress to key stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
• Support the Project Manager in managing and supervising on-site personnel, logistics, and material requirements.
• Oversee subcontractors and maintain discipline on site.
• Implement the site safety plan, report incidents, and take appropriate action.
• Plan labour and material resources required for your area.
• Inspect materials before installation to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Assist in ensuring systems are handed over to the client effectively.
Requirements
• Detailed knowledge and experience with CSA or MEP packages.
• Strong commercial understanding.
• Familiarity with Health, Safety, and Environmental systems.
• EU Passport Holder.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to maintain site discipline.
