Description

As a Sales Coordinator / Analyst, your role is to provide 360° support to the Estée Lauder Corporate Commercial Team, covering all brands. You will notably co-coordinate and assist with the day-to-day operations of the KAM’s and the KAE.

Key Responsibilities as a Sales Coordinator / Analyst include:

1. General point of contact for Sales Administration for the concerned retailers
2. General support of the Key Account Managers
3. Administrative follow-up of Distribution Changes (opening new doors, closing brands, closing doors, …)
4. Coordinate NPL process: create Order Forms, prepare Retailer Presentations, organize & participate in Sell-In meetings with retailers
5. Tracking the newness orders via State of Sell-In update while using SAP & Business Intelligence (BI)
6. Order follow-up: coordination with Supply & Demand Planning, correct price difference, communication to retailers regarding availability
7. If necessary, follow-up on back orders
8. Coordinate & prepare Tester & Sample shipments
9. Ad Hoc analysis & preparation of presentations upon request of the KAM & KAE
10. Collecting & regrouping sell-out figures & stock reports for the concerned retailers and update all necessary internal/external files

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, the following qualifications are required:

11. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, Dutch and/or French.
12. Proactive and effective communicator.
13. Strong organizational & time management skills, email management skills.
14. Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, both internally as externally (retailers)
15. Ability to multi-task and knowing how to prioritize effectively
16. Attention to detail & and a problem-solving mindset.
17. Demonstrated flexibility and agility in adapting to changing situations.
