Account/Territory Manager Flanders.Field-based role reporting to the Area Sales Manager, Focuses on driving growth with General Dentists across Flanders.Our Client is a global medical device company focusing on changing lives through smiles. With a strong innovative approach of the market & their products, they offer orthodontic & restoration treatments at global scale. With already a strong presence in Belgium, they are currently looking to extend their commercial team to support their growth in Flanders. As the successful Account Manager - Flanders - Dental - Medical Devices, you will have the following responsibilities: Manage the assigned sales territoryBecome a strong collaborator to your customers - the General Dentists - to modernise and grow their businessextend their equipment by proposing innovative solution such as scanners, various software and all related solutions.Plan and execute a territory sales plan based on understanding the potential, nurturing and growing the portfolioUse insights and a consultative selling approach to challenge and encourage your customers to adopt new digital processes and toolsAchieve quarterly and yearly territory sales targetsPartner with other team members, clinical support, and dental constituents within your territory to maximise customer experience and salesAs the successful Account Manager - Flanders - Dental - Medical Devices, you will have the following requirements:At least a Bachelor Degree or equivalent by experience At least 4 years of sales experience within the medical field - HCP approach preferred A good track record of performance, achievement, and excellence in growing businessesIndustry experience selling medical device, capital equipment, dental, orthodontic is consider as a strong assetStrong relationship management with a portfolio-based, consultative approach-mapping stakeholders, aligning multi-product solutions, and growing account valueBachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience requiredFluent in Dutch and English Willingness to travel in assigned territory and occasionally outside to attend meetings and eventsProficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
