Senior Data Analyst (Data hub Business Analyst)

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our client as a Data Hub Business Analyst. you will be the architect of requirements, ensuring our data strategies translate into high-impact business solutions.
Based in the heart of Brussels, you will work at the intersection of product ownership, architecture, and technology to foster knowledge continuity and drive the success of our data-driven programs.
As a vital liaison between the business community and technical delivery teams, your responsibilities will include
Elicit, analyse, and document business, stakeholder, and transition requirements
Strategic Collaboration: Work with Product Owners and Architects to align data requirements with broader technology strategies
Bridging the Gap: Translate complex use cases into actionable designs and test conditions for product and UAT phases
Traceability & Quality: Actively manage requirements traceability and lead quality management reviews for prototypes and designs
Drive the Business Analysis strategy through all project lifecycle phases, managing dependencies with internal and external developers
Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience in Data/Business Analysis.
Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent through experience).
Strong expertise in Conceptual Modelling techniques.
Deep understanding of IT systems, testing workflows, and requirements management.
Language Skills: You are a multilingual communicator with strong English (written/spoken) and a good working knowledge of Dutch and French.
