What You Will Do You will be responsible for aligning with, and influencing, regional and global functions, including direct and indirect channels & ATPs, organizations, Government, marketing campaigns, communications, Customer Care & Experience, PMI events within region, third party partnerships, agreements and for regional growth of the PMI global executive council. Education And Experience Bachelor's degree desired; postgraduate business degree preferred 7+ years of leadership experience in global, multi-market business environments Proven track record in B2B sales, channel management, and business development Experience leading dispersed teams across geographies B2C experience is a plus Skills And Abilities Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills Expert in building and managing partnerships that drive revenue Natural leader who empowers high-performing teams and builds trust across organizations Proven ability to mentor individuals and teams Excellent communicator with strong presentation and negotiation abilities Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by change Fluent in English (PMI's business language), knowledge of additional European language(s) is a plus.
