As a Marketing & Communicaton trainee within our Hotel Indigo Brussels-City you will assist and support in all activities: Manage social media platforms for Hotel Indigo Brussels-City and Serra Restaurant, with a strong focus on Instagram and TikTok (content creation, community management, reporting) Create photo and video content using tools such as Canva and Adobe Express Develop day-to-day communication materials for the hotel and restaurant Support PR and influencer collaborations Collaborate closely with other hotel departments Update website content Assist in newsletter creation and distribution Contribute to the development and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns As a trainee at Hotel Indigo Brussels-City, you contribute to delivering memorable guest experiences. To succeed in this role, you ideally demonstrate: Strong knowledge of social media platforms Creativity and proficiency with content editing tools (Canva, Adobe Express) and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Positive attitude and proactive mindset Strong communication skills Commitment to delivering high-level customer service, both internally and externally Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to perform under pressure Fluency in English and French (Dutch is a plus) Creative mindset Ideal candidate profile You are a student in marketing, communication, hospitality management, or business, with an internship agreement for at least five months, and you are available from July 2026. You are fluent in French and English and can adapt your tone and messaging to an international audience. Dutch or any other language is a strong plus. Curious, creative, and detail-oriented, you enjoy writing and turning ideas into clear, engaging content (social media, newsletters, digital/print materials) that highlights our offers.
