We are looking for a Head of Product – Foundations to own the strategy, vision, and execution of our customer channel platforms across web, iOS, and Android at Happening.
This senior leadership role is accountable for platform performance, reliability, and scalability, enabling product teams to ship exceptional customer experiences efficiently.
Responsibilities
Lead Product Managers and cross‑functional squads, partnering with Engineering, Design, Data, Security, and Legal.
Define a durable platform roadmap, establish best‑in‑class product practices, and ensure delivery against company objectives for performance excellence, platform consistency, and speed of execution.
Set a clear, measurable multi‑year platform vision and roadmap aligned with groupwide product and technology outcomes.
Build and lead a high‑performing product organization with clear ownership, decision frameworks, and KPI‑driven prioritisation.
Ensure reliable, high‑quality delivery through strong planning, risk management, and governance.
Define and enforce standards for platform quality, performance, accessibility, security, and privacy.
Create reusable capabilities and enablement that other teams can adopt autonomously with shared tracking for visibility and impact.
Foster collaboration with Explore and vertical product areas to ensure end‑to‑end coherence across customer journeys.
Guide and drive the strategy for the design system and accessibility to deliver consistent, inclusive experiences across all platforms.
Own customer channels across web, iOS, and Android with comprehensive standards for performance, accessibility, security, and privacy.
Provide reusable capabilities, shared primitives, and automated CI/CD pipelines for fast, safe delivery at scale.
Implement monitoring frameworks with automated alerts to maintain high platform reliability.
Define streamlined content management and partner closely with Explore and verticals to continuously improve impact.
Qualifications
10+ years in product management with significant platform or infrastructure experience.
5+ years leading Product Managers and cross‑functional squads at scale.
Proven track record operating multi‑platform customer channels with measurable improvements in performance and reliability.
Strong product leadership: roadmap design, stakeholder alignment, and KPI ownership across markets.
Experience establishing standards and governance for quality, privacy, and compliance across regions.
Excellent collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Security, Legal, and local markets.

Experience in building scalable platform foundations, developer experience, design systems, monitoring & quality, and content management.
