Job Opportunity:
Account Manager
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our presence among large SMBs and small enterprises in Belgium.
* Developing and managing a customer portfolio in the large SMB and small enterprise segments
* Identifying, qualifying, and winning new customers (new logos)
* Driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities with existing accounts
* Acting as a trusted advisor for customers on Microsoft security topics
* Building and maintaining a strong and healthy strategic relationship with Microsoft Belgium
* Aligning commercial activities with Microsoft's Go-To-Market priorities
* Collaborating with internal technical teams to build relevant customer proposals
* Focusing on the Microsoft Security Stack
You will promote the complete Microsoft security ecosystem, including:
* Microsoft Defender (Endpoint, Identity, Cloud Apps)
* Microsoft Entra (IAM, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management)
* Microsoft Purview (Data Protection, Compliance, Governance)
* Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM/SOAR)
* Zero Trust architectures based on Microsoft's security framework
Key Requirements:
* Trilingual: French, Dutch, and English
* Proven experience in IT sales, software solutions, or cybersecurity
* Strong commercial drive and ability to build long-term relationships
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Able to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
