* Manage the reception: answer calls, and ensure a professional and welcoming first impression of the office.
* Handle invoicing: Prepare and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
* Follow up on client payments: Monitor outstanding payments and communicate with clients to ensure timely settlements.
* Liaise with suppliers: Maintain relationships with suppliers, coordinate orders, and handle inquiries efficiently.
* Order office supplies: Keep track of inventory and ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary materials.
* Oversee the smooth operation of the office: Monitor daily office activities to guarantee an organized and efficient workplace.
* Provide general administrative support: Assist with various administrative tasks to support the team and contribute to overall office efficiency.
Jouw profiel
* Has experience in office management or reception roles
* Possesses a good command of English and French, Dutch is a plus
* Is motivated and enthusiastic to work in a dynamic environment
* Is ready to take on a diverse and versatile set of responsibilities
