Mission
As Program Manager, you will drive Customer Deliveries Projects/Programs, either as direct interface of the customer or as the representative of Exail Robotics Belgium towards the Group Program Director your support will be crucial in the rapid growth of EXAIL Robotics.
Your main tasks and responsibilities are:
1. Be the representative of Exail Robotics Belgium in the Program Team or be the lead of the program for the Group, as such you interface with our colleagues of the other sites to ensure efficients operations (Engineering/Purchasing/Production) in Exail Robotics Belgium & customer satisfaction. More specifically you :
2. Take responsibility for project delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Be the customer's main point of contact regarding the project where status reports are closely monitored (planning, kanban budget reports).
4. Support Exail Robotics Belgium in clarifying the Scope of Work and obtaining the Work Package Sheet you consolidate the budget accordingly
5. Define and agree on the schedule of inputs (Spec/Drawing/Control Plan/Instruction Sheet) release schedule that match Exail Robotics Belgium operational needs and tracking adherence to the latter
6. Establish and maintain a master schedule and where needed decline it into a steering schedule
7. Identify changes to the inputs baseline (Together with the configuration leader), assess the impact and foster the integration of the change within ERB in a structured way
8. Maintain the program finance status up to date, maintaining balance between AC (actual cost) & ETC (estimates to complete)
9. Maintain program dashboard up to date and report to management
10. Prepare/host customer/shareholder visit, audit, acceptance testing for the programs under your responsibilities
11. Participate in BID activities where needed
Profile
12. You have a Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business or international trade and have a strong interest for industrial matters
13. You have 3-5 years as experience as a PMO, Project Leader, Project Coordinator
14. You are fluent in English and are capable to work efficiently in French and Dutch
15. You have excellent communication skills and you know how create win-win situations in negotiations
16. You are a good influencer and know how to lead without formal reporting lines, including with remote teams
