About the Role
We are looking for a Medior–Senior PHP Fullstack Developer to strengthen and stabilize our platform.
This is not a greenfield role — you will work on a live, growing product, where your impact is directly visible.
You will take ownership of platform stability, work within a complex Laravel codebase, and help improve maintainability and long-term code quality.
Responsibilities
* Ensure stability and reliability of the platform
* Identify recurring issues and solve them structurally
* Analyze and improve a large existing codebase
* Lead refactoring efforts to improve maintainability
* Monitor and update dependencies and technical debt
* Debug complex issues and improve system observability
Core skills
* Strong experience with PHP (5+) and Laravel
* Solid knowledge of MySQL (MariaDB)
* Experience with Redis
* Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in and improve large codebases
* Ability to interpret logs and system behavior
Tools & technologies
* Git
* Sentry
* Docker (nice to have)
* Meilisearch (nice to have)
Language
* English (required)
* Dutch (preferred)
