Description:- Provide secretarial and administrative support including agenda management, filtering calls, drafting general correspondence, preparing files and presentations for meetings and managing office supplies.- Support internal staff management processes such as leave, flexitime and missions.- Coordinate actions to organise necessary meeting facility requirements and booking, organising, special events, centralising and requesting access for external visitors.- Provide secretarial/administrative support to the Head of Division and Head of Unit and potentially members of the Division where identified.- Support the communication of relevant matters to management and staff.Profil- Either a post-secondary education attested by a diploma in a relevant field, or a secondary education attested by a diploma giving access to post-secondary education and relevant professional experience of at least 2 years. Preference to a secretarial or office administration education.- In addition, a minimum of 1 year professional experience in providing secretarial support.- Experience with mission preparation (i.E. flights, hotel booking etc).- Good planning and organising skills.- Experience in standard Microsoft Office applications.- Drafting skills in English.- Quality focus, customer-oriented, teamwork and sense of confidentiality.- Ability to work in a multinational and multicultural environment.Offre- Gross salary: €3,492.88/month (assistant)- Duration: until 31/03/2024- 37.5 hours/week- No meal vouchers- Transport costs are reimbursed by the temporary employment agency.EntrepriseOur client is a very important actor in the aviation sector
