You’ll be the first point of contact for IT-related issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the continuous improvement of IT services. This is a hands-on role that combines technical troubleshooting, user support, and system maintenance in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary contact for IT support requestsInstall, configure, and maintain software and operating systemsTroubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issuesMaintain accurate records of IT assets, repairs, and support activitiesEnforce IT policies and ensure compliance with internal standardsManage user accounts and access rightsCoordinate off-site repairs with external vendorsTest and deploy new applications and system updatesMonitor data backups and perform recovery testsSupport and mentor junior IT staffLead training sessions for end usersYour profile We’re looking for a tech-savvy and service-oriented individual who enjoys solving problems and working in a team.
