DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide a range of luxurious treatments, including facials, massages, and body therapies, tailored to individual guest needs. Create a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring guests feel pampered and valued. Stay knowledgeable about Sisley and ESPA products, offering expert advice and promoting retail opportunities. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism, aligned with our 5-star ethos. Work collaboratively with the spa team to enhance the overall guest experience. TALENT PROFILE Experience: · Previous guest exposure in the Tourism and Hospitality Industry especially in a Spa Skills and Knowledge Qualified and experienced in delivering spa treatments (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent). Passionate about wellness, beauty, and creating memorable guest experiences. Excellent communication skills and a polished professional appearance. Previous experience with Sisley or ESPA is a plus, but not essential.
