Your impact

As a Junior Reward(personal income taxation) Consultant, you’ll be part of a dynamic team helping clients shape how they attract, motivate, and reward talent. You’ll:

1. Advise HR teams on reward strategies for top executives — locally and internationally.

2. Support remuneration committees with designing short- and long-term incentive plans, benchmarking packages, and drafting reward policies.

3. Provide advice on income tax and compensation structures, ensuring clients stay compliant and competitive.

4. Help clients innovate their approach to rewards — from flexible benefits and mobility packages to cost calculations, payroll setup, and tax returns.

5. Co-host client workshops to define tailored total reward strategies that align with business goals.

6. Collaborate with tax authorities — answering requests, managing audits, and handling ruling applications.

7. Build a strong local and international network within PwC, and work with people from different cultures and backgrounds.

About you

8. You’re currently studying for or have just finished a Bachelor inAccounting-Tax, or a Master’s in tax law, economics, business administration, or any related field.

9. A second degree or focus intax or compensation & benefits is a plus.

10. You’re genuinely interested in personal income tax, HR topics, and how pay strategies are built.

11. You’re confident working with Excel and PowerPoint, and you know your way around Microsoft .

12. You’re comfortable with numbers and love to analyse data.

13. You’re a clear communicator, in writing and in presentations.

14. You’re familiar with AI and prompting.

15. You’re fluent in Dutch and/or French and have a solid level of English.
