Job Description
Hospitality Talents is seeking an experienced and dynamic F&B Manager to lead the Food & Beverage operations of a prestigious hotel located near Brussels.
In this key leadership position, you will oversee all F&B departments, including restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in-room dining, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
Reporting directly to the General Management, you will drive financial performance, team development, and strategic innovation within a high-volume, multi-outlet environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Strategy
o Develop and implement the F&B strategy, aligning with the hotel’s brand standards and financial objectives.
o Lead, mentor, and inspire a large team to deliver outstanding service and operational efficiency.
2. Operational Management
o Oversee daily operations across all F&B outlets, ensuring consistent quality, compliance, and guest satisfaction.
o Manage budgets, costs, and inventory to optimize profitability while maintaining high standards.
3. Guest Experience & Innovation
o Elevate the guest journey through creative concepts, personalized service, and attention to detail.
o Collaborate with culinary and events teams to develop memorable dining experiences and successful events.
4. Financial & Administrative Oversight
o Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and P&L statements for the F&B department.
o Implement cost-control measures and revenue-enhancing initiatives to meet financial targets.
5. Team Development
o Recruit, train, and retain top talent, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and growth.
o Act as a visible leader, setting the standard for service, professionalism, and teamwork.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration
o Work closely with hotel leadership, sales, and operational teams to align F&B offerings with overall business goals.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and guests.
Requirements
Experience & Skills
* Proven experience as F&B Director/Manager in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end restaurant.
* Strong background in multi-outlet F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, and banqueting.
* Financial acumen: ability to manage budgets, forecasting, and cost control.
* Fluency in English and ideally Dutch.
* Leadership skills: ability to motivate teams, drive performance, and maintain high standards.
* Guest-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality excellence.
