As Accounting Manager, you are accountable for the accuracy, compliance, and scalability of Loop’s financial control environment. You lead end‑to‑end month‑end and year‑end close, own statutory and audit processes, strengthen internal controls, and build a structured, high‑performing GL team that can support our next stage of growth.

* You own end‑to‑end General Ledger operations and financial statement integrity

How you’ll succeed

You’ll deliver consistent, on‑time closes, increase confidence in P&A, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting, strengthenreconciliationsand review discipline, and build an audit‑ready, scalable control environment within your first year.
What you’ll bring
* You bring at least 6+ years of experience in accounting, financial control, or audit and 2+ years of people management experience
* You have proven ownership of a full GL function and external audit processes (BE GAAP preferred)
* You have experience leading and developing accounting professionals
* You work independently and know when to involve others
* You’re comfortable with change and ambiguity in a scaling environment
* You know when work is ready to ship — and when it needs tighter control
* You want your work to matter
