Role Description
As an associate you will be involved from A to Z in all deals, supporting our clients as an integral part of the team. This will include (non-exhaustive):
* Preparing financial models (LBO, valuation…)
* Preparing deal documentation (IM, teaser, dataroom…)
* Support negotiations
* Analyse, identify and reach out to potential targets
You will be both analytical as client facing.
Qualifications
Expectations:
* Open minded team player
* Analytical
* Full proficiency in Excel and other deal software
* 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience
* Master in Commercial engineering or equivalent
At least 1 level of CFA is a plus
