What you’ll do
As Application Engineer you will be part of our Tooling Team, with a specific focus on our Dynamics environment.
Your tasks will include:
Configure, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365 CE)
Provide technical support and maintenance for applications hosted on Windows Server and Microsoft Azure
Administer and troubleshoot Office 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive
Design and implement solutions using Power Platform tools: Power Apps for custom business applications & Power Automate for workflow automation
Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure system performance, security, and compliance across cloud and hybrid environments
Participate in release management, testing, and deployment of updates and new features
Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides for internal use
Contribute to the management of Isabel’s broader tooling ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration and support across platforms
What makes you a great fit
This role is ideal for someone who has experience in Application Support with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Have 2–5 years in IT application support or engineering
Have working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (preferably Dynamics 365 CE)
Have strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure services
Have hands-on experience with Office 365 administration
Have proficiency in Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Are familiar with PowerShell scripting and automation
Have solid problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Have excellent communication and documentation abilities
Are experienced with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot (Copilot Studio is a strong plus)
Are fluent in Dutch/English or French/English
Are comfortable working in a highly regulated environment where security and compliance are critical
