5+ years of experience in production support or related roles;
Strong experience with L1/L2 support in banking environments;
Proficiency in SQL, Unix/Shell scripting, and log analysis;
Familiarity in using tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Autosys. Hands-on experience with Linux, PL-SQL, Dynatrace, Kubernetes, Docker, and Ansible;
Familiarity with banking interfaces, APIs, and middleware;
Availability to work in24/7 shift rotation (weekends and public holidays included);
Excellent English skills (B2+);
Availability to relocate to Portugal with our support.Nice to have Familiarity with batch processing, reconciliations, and end-of-day operations;
Experience with core banking operations (Retail Banking, Treasury, Payments, Wealth Securities);
