Role Context
As part of the implementation of a Regional Disaster Recovery site, an experienced profile is sought to lead the migration and deployment of an MTS (IP PE) environment to a new Data Center.
This program aims to ensure business continuity in case of unavailability of the primary Data Center. It is considered a strategic Group-wide initiative receiving significant attention from Top Management.
The position operates in an international environment, working closely with IT teams, platform owners, and senior stakeholders, including CIO-level representatives.
Key Responsibilities
The Tribe Scrum Master / IT Delivery Owner will act as the reference person for the RDR implementation of the IP platform.
Main responsibilities include:
Leading the implementation of the Regional Disaster Recovery (RDR) for the MTS platform
Coordinating all IT and business stakeholders involved in the program
Ensuring transversal communication and reporting to governance bodies and Top Management
Guaranteeing end-to-end (E2E) consistency across technical and application initiatives
Identifying, anticipating, and mitigating dependencies and risks related to the migration
Facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting teams in delivery excellence
Managing trade-offs and resolving conflicts of interest between stakeholders
Contributing to the deployment strategy and operational follow-up of the program
Profile Required
Experience
Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role (IT Delivery Owner, Tribe Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, etc.)
Strong experience managing transversal and complex IT programs
Experience in application migration and/or Data Center projects
Exposure to critical environments with high executive visibility
Technical Skills
Mandatory:
Strong IT background
Proven delivery-oriented experience in transversal E2E programs
Solid knowledge of software development environments (Distributed and Mainframe)
Practical experience with Agile methodologies and techniques
Assets:
Knowledge of Data Center environments
Knowledge of the (international) payments domain
