We are looking for a recruiter to join our talent team and work more specifically with two senior leaders.
As Talent Manager, your responsibilities will be the following (among others) :
* Finding candidates through different channels
* Building a network of candidates
* Staying in touch with them on a regular basis
* Sharing candidates with colleagues
* Calling candidates
* Mailing candidates
* Inviting candidates
* Selecting candidates
* Discussing profiles with the team
* Meeting clients (no prospection requested) with the team
* Giving feedback at every stage
* Helping some of our candidates to become freelancers
* And of course, participating in the great atmosphere of the team

Profiel
* Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a corporate company
* Taste for recruitment or HR
* Fluent in English
* Fluent in French and Dutch : you need to be able to interview a high level candidate in both languages (verbally)
* Able to communicate with all kind of candidates from the students to the C-levels
* Highly able to work in team
* Stress resistant
