YOUR ROLE
As Talent Acquisition Partner, you take a strategic and operational role within the Talent Acquisition team. You act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and play a key part in shaping and executing the recruitment strategy across the organization.
Your responsibilities include:
* Leading end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of profiles, from junior to C-level.
* Advising hiring managers throughout the selection and decision-making process.
* Ensuring compliance with social legislation and supporting the team with complex contract-related matters.
* Coaching and supporting Talent Acquisition colleagues in their daily activities.
* Taking ownership of key projects such as campus recruitment, student programs, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
* Translating recruitment trends and data insights into actionable improvements.
* Acting as strategic sparring partner and supporting the further professionalization of the Talent Acquisition function.
YOUR PROFILE
* You have relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within a complex or multi-entity organization.
* You have strong sourcing and selection expertise across various levels and functions.
* You possess solid knowledge of social legislation.
* You work autonomously, proactively, and in a solution-oriented manner.
* You are both strategic and hands-on, with excellent communication and advisory skills.
* You are fluent in Dutch and French; knowledge of English is an asset.
