**Job Title:** Sales Manager, Flemish Region
Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Flemish region of Belgium. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets in the region.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
* Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our presence in the region.
* Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in human, veterinary, dental medicine, pharmacy or similar field.
* Several years of experience in pharmaceutical field sales, with a proven track record of success.
* Strong knowledge of the generics business and ability to communicate complex information to customers.
* First-hand experience as a regional manager or field force manager in a similar position.
* Sales-oriented approach, with a focus on results-driven performance.
* Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and conceptual abilities.
* Team leadership and motivational skills, with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
* Flexibility and high degree of initiative.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
* Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
