As an Operations Coordinator, you will report directly to the Operations Manager. You will be part of the Iris Facility Solutions team in Gosselies and will be responsible for:
Responsibilities
* Ensuring the proper execution of work by your team
* Maintaining a good relationship with the client
* Managing equipment and supplies
* Providing training to your team
* Leading and motivating staff
* Planning your team’s tasks
* Complying with safety standards
Your Skills And Background
* Hold a category B driving licence
* Have basic knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word
* Have experience in a supervisory or management position
* Have (at least) experience in cleaning techniques
* Are customer-oriented and flexible
