Role description:
As a Trainee, you will take an active role combining business ideas and technological ecosystems. You will have the opportunity to discover the best of strategic consulting, digital architecture and business knowledge to create exceptional solutions for our clients.
A Trainee you'll help the team that plays a pivotal role as a bridge between the financial industry and technological innovation. Their primary responsibility is to advise clients and stakeholders on adopting advanced tech solutions that streamline financial processes, enhance decision-making, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Among others, your main responsibilities will be:
* Help to identify and mitigate risks in manual procedures and ensure compliance with internal policies and audit and regulatory requirements
* Actively support transformation and/or optimization initiatives to improve process efficiency/effectiveness
* Produce and manage internal reports and statistics on departmental activities (dashboards)
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or any with an Information Technology background.
* Previous experience in Consulting or Financial Services firms is a plus
* Native and/or fluent in English and Spanish.
* Self-starter with highly developed interpersonal skills, decisive and result oriented.
* Strong interest in technology and its impact on business and society.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong work ethic and organizational skills to work in a fast-paced environment.
